By purchasing AMBIX sourced content the user agrees to the following conditions.  Failure to abide by these terms may result in termination of usage and or contracts made between all parties.

[ Refunds ]↴

All sales are final, refunds will only be granted for double purchases.  Additionally, refunds will only be issued with in-store credit - gift cards.  If a customer has incorrectly purchased the wrong items, AMBIX is unable to provide a refund due to the nature of how Second Life handles permissions.  Please be aware of your purchases prior to committing to them and always try DEMO items when available.

Prior to purchase, double check the item's description and image description to assure that it is the item you intended on purchasing.

[ Lost or Non-Received items ]↴

If an item has been lost or has not been received, please attempt to use the redeliver button on any of your AMBIX HUDs.

If you are unable to operate your redeliver terminal, please visit our main store and try the terminal there.  If all else fails please contact xAmbiguityx Resident in world with when, where and what time your transaction occurred.

Gachas are unable to be redelivered due to their nature. ​

[ Incorrect permissions ]↴

All AMBIX items are Copy | Modify | No Transfer, if an object is stating it is no modify - the scripts inside objects will not be modify.

AMBIX does not give out modifiable script work as it is unique to the product and not the intended content for sale.  When you purchase from AMBIX it is for the advertised content - not the coding.  Items that are no modify will be clearly labeled as such, additionally full permission items that are Copy | Modify | Transfer will be labeled as such and will have specific terms to meet upon purchase.

[ Developer Assets ]↴

As of the year 2020, most AMBIX content will include, AO Maps and UV files.  They are typically located within the products Texture HUD.

[ Lost Items ]↴

Items that are not locatable in-world or on our online catalog, Marketplace - may be an event exclusive or permanently  retired.

[ Supported Avatars ]↴

AMBIX only supports certain avatars, we will NOT take requests for bodies outside of the below listed bodies.

• Slink

• V-Tech

[ Satellite locations & Events]↴

AMBIX is always looking for new events and satellite locations, but there are caveats.

Events and Satellite locations must either have one or some of the following:

• Free or Low Rent

• High Traffic Areas

  • Please note if traffic is generated by bots, campers or alt accounts - we will not set up or promote your​
